Ngky's Day

Happy belated birthday Molly Ngky Ng Yee Chen! Sorry, internet was off, couldn't post this yesterday.

Yee Chen, the most craziest, randomnest girl I've ever met. She can be pissed off about a thing, and the next, singing Burning up dancing to the song.

Though you score 100% and managed to make the strands of tissue into a necklace with gbh but gbh not available la. But you still have us! And why la absent for school yesterday? I brought chocolates and wanted to sing for you. Nvm, nvm, still got Monday.

Happy 17th siao zha bo and we love you! :D

Valentine's Day. Like any other day except for Valentine Day's texts.
Raptai in the morning, piano lesson in the afternoon. Watched guys played polo for a little near the Sultan's palace. Mum's kinda considering to let us learn horse riding. XD

Reached home, dinner prepared by dad. I feel the love already. :P

Did homework, studied and slept.

Chap Goh Mei@Thaipusam

While I had Add Maths tuition in the wee morning, a team of people had marching! Chap Goh Mei@Thaipusam wheyy. Last day for chinese to gamble, eat their last rash of bak kwa, collect angpow, reason to drink abalone soup and for the indians to pray.

Florence and I proceeded to Cs after that. Heh.

Met up with Adeline and Maddie =) and had lunch in Kinsahi as Maddie likes Japanese cuisine.

Maddie and sushi she didn't like

Proceeded to the movies, Changeling. A good one but it was 2 hours plus and my bladder nearly burst.

Took neoprints after that and helped Maddie find shoes for herself and her boyfriend.

Oh check out Florence new tee. Mrs Lee had a good laugh at it.

Convent International School?

This week's pretty hectic, endless tuition classes and homework. Like any other day, not to mention during Xaviers training Pn. Emilda made us squat and jump up for star jumps 20 times and the squat, hands and legs on the floor thing.

Legs grew tired and ached including Yee Chen's after her running god knows how many rounds of volleyball court for 1500 event, together with Kim, both of us were her bodyguards, helping her to escape from juniors. XD

Last year, Lien, the Belgium girl from the Afs programme joined Convent. She was in Science 1 and apparently she's quite lonely over there as the girls there practically study every minute and so she transferred to Science 2 this year. =D

And today, another girl joined our class. Maddie, from Tasmania, Australia. She's the head girl and sports captain of her school. Made us all gaped in amazement. But she's leaving next week as she's homesick. Too bad for you guys as she's really pretty and tanned. And she already has a hot half Italian boyfriend which we made her show us his picture and we kind of drooled. So, fat hope, guys.

I now have Lien sitting in front of me and Maddie at the back of me. And I told Yee Chen, 'Eh, in front I have Lien and at the back, Maddie. Kiap-ed between two angmohs.' And she replied, 'Yeah, but that doesn't make you an angmoh.'

...

Shoot me until like that la now. You tunggu.

Florence and I concluded with a few more Afs students, Convent could be considered an international school already. But we were hoping the students weren't all just girls. If it was the opposite gender, I think Yee Chen would have to sit somewhere else and not between Florence and I. And the teacher teaching would be invincible.

We wish.

Pb outing.

Headed to the Pb headquarters for some Chinese New Year celebration. Reached there upon seeing the amount of bengs and lalas omg. I proceeded by hiding behind the tiang waiting for the rest.

There were two dragon dance troupes. They performed like 5 times? But I wished the dragon dance wouldn't end, beat of the drums and cymbals deafening my ears. The hall was packed with people so some of us had to stand outside. Vanessa and I grew tired of standing so we sat down followed by a boy kicking the sand right infront of us.

A cheena man from China produced a whip out and caught everyone's attention. He got a volunteer to hold the newspaper. Imagine the risk, the whip could have gotten onto his face. Nevertheless, the cheeena man was a professional.

He made cards fly up high in the sky, spinning, making everyone swoon with amazement, which landed in the bushes next door. He also made cards cut through the newspaper.

Oh there was a lucky draw contest as well. 14 or 16 packets of angpow containing RM100 each and the others were goody bags filled with milk and coffee packets. If your number gets called out, you get to choose a red packet on the board with numbers on it and you open it whether its a goody bag or angpow. 20 of us girls went and only one of us got it.

Not the angpow. The goody bag. Wtf.

I never did pin any hopes on it as I never won in any lucky draw. Sad.

After the angpows were given out, we went off leaving the goody bags for the people. Oh not to mention in between the lucky draws, officers were singing karaoake. Gosh. It rained when one of the officers were singing. One exact song was something lai lai lai lai lai. I edited it to lai lai lai lai lai, angpow kuai dian lai.

16 of us went to Cs for lunch. Specifically Mcdonalds. I found out that these bunch of people had the same quirky habit as my dad and I do.

Pepper on our ketchup/chilli.

Half of them produced a concoction of pepper, chilli, ketchup and coke I think, forcing us to have a taste of it. Eunice shoved the sauce onto my lips. Bleargh it tasted like hot sour plum.

After lunch, we got bout 3 or 4 cabs to Jenny's house for bai nian. With the amount of timers and commanders the whole house was filled with our voices. The mahjong and the 8-9 game. Wonder how Jenny's parents endured that 2 hours or so.

I left after 15 minutes. My parents lah. Spoiler.

Today was supposed to be homework day but.....

Chinese New Year mahhhhh..
