Maid no more part 2

I hate it when it comes to washing dishes after dinner during the weekends ever since my maid went back. Its because my family always have soups for dinner on sunday. That means extra things for me to wash. The soup pot, 5 more bowls and the soup ladle.

Today's dishes to wash was more than yesterday's so I asked my mum how come. She said that my brother wanted an egg for dinner so there was the frying pan, ladle and an extra plate more to wash.

Damn.

Now I shall have to think twice whether to have eggs for any meal.

The sink in my house doesn't have a drainer where all the residues flow into and you can easily just lift the drainer and throw the residues into the bin. To make matters worse, my family members just leave their plates in the sink and they turn on the tap to wash their hands.

The residue then flows into the sink's hole and clogs up the passage. I have to scrape everything and throw it in the bin which resulted in me almost throwing up.

You may think I'm just a stupid bimbo ranting on and on about minor things. But you can't blame me after having maids since I was born till now, I'm expected to do the daily chores.

I might just learn how to iron clothes next.

Arghh.

Oh yeah. My mum washed my shoes for me. I didn't ask her to. I wanted to make a deal with my sister by taking turns to wash for each other.

Maid no more.

Ever since my maid went back last week, all of us at home had to do help around.

Eg: Washing plates, Carrying our own things from the car, Tidy our own bed & etc.

It's the weekend and it only struck me that I had to wash my own shoes. Then I saw my dad walking aimlessly around, commenting on how we played our pieces on the piano.

Then I confronted him..

"Pa, you very free right? Help me wash shoes then. *inserts a big smile*"

Dad: " *rolls eyes at me* " You summor dare to say ar. Ok la. I wash shoes for you, you can wash my car for me"

Me: *Zhadao and continues practising the piano*

......

Then I thought, I could just get the car to the car wash. How come there's no shoe wash kind of service?

Sigh. Who wants to work as my house's part time maid?

Will upload the pictures of Installation Day soon.

Sing it.

Amidst embarrassing ourselves all over again, we thought we’d win the patriotic singing competition after all we got the loudest cheers when our class finished singing.

But no, when it got announced…

Johan Pertandingan Lagu Patriotik jatuh pada..

4………

Science………..

(Getting ready to stand up and cheer)

1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
( *inserts pale and shocked face and stares at 4 Science 1 in disbelief*)

We all started cursing and swearing.

Me: Wth?
Joey: Ma de. Our flag like sooooo many times bigger than theirs. *starts measuring*
Florence: Eh, we better right? See, they say we better. We win ady la.
Me: *Stares at Science 1 on the stage doing their rocket blast.*

How did they win with a couple of smiley drawn icons and incorrect rhythm?

Probably the judge liked them or was their class teacher. Who knows.
Maybe us singing an English patriotic song gave them the idea it was a Singapore patriotic song.

Sigh.

Nevertheless, new discovery today.

Chikugunya? Denggi?

Neither.

Have been sick since last friday. That made up my entire holiday week.

Been to the doctor's thrice in less than 25 days.

Had fever for 5 consecutive days + feeling of nausea and now some freaking rash thing caused by the fever.

Orange juice, ribena, 2 litres of water a day. No oily/spicy food. No outing, stay home and sleep. Not forgetting the medicine of all colours and sizes. Blue, pink, white, yellow, red.

On top of that, I have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Add Maths homework, still untouched.

Arghh. Pissed off.

Gold no? Silver yes.

Despite having high fever with aches all over my body and drooping eyes falling asleep, I still manage to keep myself awake to watch the badminton tournament between Lin Dan and Lee Chong Wei.

Chong Wei managed to secure a silver medal and Lin Dan the gold medal.

Pretty good enough.

!@#$%^!@#$%^&^*

"Saya akan siapkan kerja".

Writing it 150 times just because I was sick and was absent and no one bothered to tell me what homework there was and i was too sick to ask.

Some people are just void of compassion.

And you know what? Those who did not pass up their book who was absent for school today gets away scott-free.

Reality sets in. Life is never fair.

And Kimberly who konon said the sentence was wrong wrote:

"Saya akan menyiapkan kerja saya"

Who bothers anyway. We never had this rule before.
I wanted to write it as:

Saya akan siapkan kerja. (x150)

Just a mere waste of time, paper and ink.

Moral of the story: Never be ignorant.

Happy birthday, Jethro.
